Mike’s Phoenix land development consultant experience began in 2003 with Hancock/Meritage Homes, where he started as an Offsite Superintendent and was later promoted to Director of Land Development. He was responsible for eight projects encompassing 3000+ lots. He then worked for DR Horton’s Urban Living Series as Land Development Senior Manager, overseeing 11 projects consisting of 2,250 units.

Mike’s development expertise extends to smaller projects, as well. He worked as Vice President of Land Development at Fortress General Contracting, specializing in 5-20 acre infill projects. He also consulted on several townhome projects, including Luna Azul, Halcyon @ Cheery Lynn, Anderson Row, and Novella at Biltmore. Mike was also a Land Development Superintendent for K. Hovnanian Homes, where he oversaw single-family attached and detached projects.  Mike specializes in:
